Malabrigo - Hurricane Hat

My very first hat! I've made crochet hats before, but this is my first ever knitted hat! I'm in love (of course)! I wanted something more than just a basic beanie, and found this free pattern that was perfect. I'm right in the middle of a few projects that are taking a while, and wanted something that would be fast and easy. This was perfect! Just what I needed. It took me two nights (you know, just a couple hours after dinner) to make this. Now we just need some cold weather so that I can use it. Although, I won't complain if this nice weather would like to stay for a few more months.Mostly, I am in love with the yarn, Malabrigo, that I used. This stuff if heaven on earth! Seriously, I think I might just start making everything out of Malabrigo. Raverly Link
Yarn - Malabrigo Worsted, Tuscan Sky
Pattern - Hurricane Hat
Needles - Size 7 DPN's

The hat looks great on you! It looks like the divine crochet hat, but yours isn't as bulky. I love the look of it and the yarn is gorgeous!
